proudly use UPS as our shipping
provider. UPS rates are calculated
as an estimation of actual shipping
costs based on
zip code, product weights, and Postal
rates.
Our shopping cart is integrated with the
UPS shipping cost server so you will
know the cost of shipping before you are
ever asked for billing information.
Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday
& Fridays. Please keep in mind that
custom work such as monogrammed branding
irons, western initials, etc generally
are shipped 3 - 5 business days after an
order is placed.
CANADIAN ORDERS
To place an order to
be delivered to Canada you'll need to
order via our main website at
SteakBrands.com.
Unfortunately the shopping cart that we
use for this website is unable to price
the shipping on Canadian orders
correctly.
Our Canadian customers have the option
of selecting Air Mail or Surface
shipping via the US Postal Service or
UPS. Occasionally there are additional
duty and/or brokerage fees seen on
Canadian orders. SteakBrands.com will
not be responsible for any additional
shipping fees assessed. All other
foreign orders are shipped Surface Mail
only.
PO BOXES
Also, UPS has difficulty shipping to PO
Boxes so please use a physical address
when entering your shipping information.
We will not be responsible for paying
the reshipment of any packages returned
due to UPS not delivering to a PO Box.
